Col Jorge Mendonca is cleared by a Courts Martial in the case of the death of Baha Musa. I could not be more delighted for him. I hope he takes the opportunity to sue the Mail on Sunday over the way they splashed his name and picture all over their front page with the words War Criminal liberally spread throughout the story. A fine officer's name gets his dragged through the mud for the sake of a headline only to be cleared of any wrong doing by a court. I bet he is a relieved but very angry man this evening.
