A bad start to the evening when tottenham got beat by Portsmouth which meant I had to walk through waves of drunk Pompey fans on my way to Wembley Arena to see Bad Company. It was worth the agony. The Joe Perry Project were largely forgettable apart from a decent version of Walk this Way. Bad Company were much better than I expected them to be - Paul Rogers has one of the best voices in rock and looked very fit and healthy for a man of his years. Starting with Can't get enough (of your love) was bold move and all the classics got an airing. I would still love to see Rogers do a full set of Free songs which are more to my can but hope. That said, a thoroughly enjoyable evening.
