A busy end to last week. Sabaton and Alestorm at the Electric Ballroom was great fun. Both in fine form with good sound and a crown who enjoyed every moment.

Friday was a jaw dropping moment. A friend of a friend insisted we go to see Saint Jude at the Bull and Gate in Kentish Town as they were "facking marvellous" - he was right. The singer has a voice that is just incredible - the whole thing was like watching Janis Joplin sing for the Black Crows. If this woman is not a superstar one day the there is no justice.
